The Death of Bessie Smith
By: Edward Albee

SPECIAL NOTE: This production of The Death of Bessie Smith took place in the Interfaith Medical Center, in Bed-Stuy.
The hospital was facing bankruptcy and an imminent shutdown. I was blessed to work with an amazing team to
get this knowledge out past Bed-Stuy and help fight to keep this hospital open. Links to press are listed below the photographs.
